This place is a gem, especially for those craving authentic Mumbai street food. We ordered a few items and were thoroughly impressed. First up was the Masala Vada Pav. It was freshly made to order, and they were happy to accommodate my request for less spice. The vada was perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside, with a flavorful masala that wasn't overpowering. What really stood out was the Bhajji Pav – a rare find! This is one of the few places I've seen serving it in the typical Mumbai style. We got two generous potato fritters nestled in a soft pav. Both the pav and the bhajji were absolutely delicious, hitting all the right notes of texture and flavor. The owner was incredibly friendly and recommended their chai. He even offered us a small sample, which was a great touch. The chai was indeed excellent – warm, comforting, and perfect. We ended up ordering a full cup! We also tried the plain Vada Pav, and it was spot on! It tasted just like the ones you get from the street vendors in Mumbai – a true taste of home. Overall, Mumbai Express has a fantastic vibe. It really captures the essence of a typical vada pav stall in "Aamchi Mumbai." Amazing Mumbai style street food, great value for money, tasty food, great people, this is a new favorite! the Batata Bhajji Pav  is SO good, ditto for the Mumbai Sandwich.
